Welcome to Maya High School, home of the Jaguars!  We are honored that you have taken interested in pursuing a high school diploma here at Maya. 

There are a few steps you will need to take in order to officially be part of the wonderful Maya family. 

Complete the "Apply Now" form (right) to begin the enrollment process. An enrollment specialist will contact you and provide the complete registration packet, or you can stop by the school office to pick up a registration packet.
 
Set up an appointment for registration with one of our Enrollment Specialists, who will review school policy and procedures, as well as review your unofficial transcript during registration.

You will need to bring the documents listed below with you at the time of your registration appointment.  We will be happy to make copies of original documents for you at the school.  

Please be sure to bring:
Immunization records
Birth certificate
Recent photograph
Unofficial school transcripts
Withdrawal slip
Grade 8 diploma or certificate (if applicable)
Copy of custody paper (if applicable)
AIMS scores
Discipline/Attendance reports

All documents must be present at the time of the interview.
