Enrollment Information
Welcome to Maya High School, home of the Jaguars! We are honored that you have taken interested in pursuing a high school diploma here at Maya. We offer a variety of classes as well as extracurricular activities. There are a few steps you will need to take in order to officially be part of the wonderful Maya family. First, you will need to stop by the school office to pick up a registration packet and set up an appointment for registration with one of our Enrollment Specialists. The Enrollment Specialist will review school policy and procedures, as well as review your unofficial transcript.You will need to bring the documents listed below with you at the time of your registration appoinment. We will be happy to make copies of original documents for you at the school. Please be sure to bring:
- Immunization records
- Birth certificate
- Recent photograph
- Unofficial school transcripts
- Withdrawal slip
- Grade 8 diploma or certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of custody paper (if applicable)
- AIMS scores
- Discipline/Attendance reports
